The Faculty of Engineering and Computing offers a wide range of accredited programs in engineering and computing, emphasizing practical learning, industry engagement, and flexible study options.

With 14 departments and over 200 across discipline areas like Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Civil Engineering and Construction, Engineering Apprenticeships, and Computing, ATU is a hub of innovation and activity.

Many of our Engineering and Built Environment courses are accredited by relevant industry bodies, including Engineers Ireland, the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI). This recognition opens doors to the best opportunities for our graduates.
