Saim Ghafoor completed his PhD in 2018 at University College Cork, Ireland, and his postdoc at Walton Institute, Ireland. Currently, he is working as a Lecturer at the Computing Department of Atlantic Technological University, Donegal, Ireland. His work is primarily focused on computer and wireless communication. He is involved in research on Terahertz communications, intelligent radio communications, green machine learning, sensor networks, emergency communications, and telecommunications, including 5 G and 6G networks, cybersecurity, computing, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and automation. He is also actively involved in the review process of many reputable journals and conferences.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
