Abstract

This presentation discusses the importance of intercultural learning, cultural intelligence, and academic student success in a globalized society. The work was carried out collaboratively by Dr. Tammie Bolling and Ruth Lennon. The work focus included: the need for the integration of international academic perspectives into business programs and the impact on academic and cultural relationships. We concluded that faculty and students who engage in joint research projects can enhance their critical thinking and problem-solving skills while addressing global business challenges
