Abstract
This presentation discusses the importance of intercultural learning, cultural intelligence, and academic student success in a globalized society. The work was carried out collaboratively by Dr. Tammie Bolling and Ruth Lennon. The work focus included: the need for the integration of international academic perspectives into business programs and the impact on academic and cultural relationships.
