Abstract
Students and graduates of the Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Furniture Design and Manufacture at GMIT Letterfrack were selected to exhibit in the Greenhouse section of Stockholm Furniture Fair 2020, making GMIT Letterfrack the first Irish university-level institution to participate in this section. The purpose of the exhibition was to raise international awareness of the quality of Irish furniture design and making, provide students with a professional platform to present their work, and promote GMIT Letterfrack to potential international students. The exhibition also enabled students to engage directly with industry leaders, design schools, exhibitors, and the public.
