Abstract

This research paper investigates the integration of applied cyberpsychology principles into DevOps security processes to address the human factors influencing security outcomes. DevOps methodologies emphasize collaboration, automation, and rapid iterations, posing unique challenges for maintaining robust security measures. By leveraging insights from cyberpsychology, which explores human behavior in the context of technology, organizations can develop more effective security processes tailored to the cognitive and behavioral tendencies of DevOps practitioners. This paper delves into key cyberpsychological concepts and proposes strategies for leveraging applied cyberpsychology principles to bolster security measures within DevOps environments.
